Sustainable Growth

This traineeship provides engineering students and graduates with practical experience in Spain’s technical and industrial sector. Trainees support daily engineering-related tasks such as equipment maintenance, technical inspections, assembling components, assisting with production processes, quality checks, and documenting technical data. Depending on placement, participants may work in manufacturing facilities, mechanical workshops, or industrial production companies.

The program offers exposure to European engineering standards, industrial machinery, automation systems, and technical problem-solving practices. Trainees strengthen practical engineering skills, gain valuable industry insight, and build a foundation for professional growth in mechanical engineering.

The program allows trainees to understand modern supply chain operations, efficiency techniques, and workflow optimization used across Spanish distribution centers. Practical experience helps participants develop organizational skills, improve accuracy, and prepare for future careers in logistics and warehouse management.

Bixter.training will guide you throughout the full process — from receiving your traineeship contract to visa support and preparation for your technical experience in Spain.

Review program requirements carefully before applying.
