Spain,
Your career in Europe

Spain is one of Europe’s top destinations for hospitality, known for its vibrant tourism industry, high service standards, and strong focus on guest experience. From luxury hotels to boutique resorts and restaurants, Spain offers a dynamic and international environment in the hospitality sector.

Traineeship programs in hospitality

Spain is one of the world’s leading tourism destinations, making it an ideal place for international trainees to gain real experience in a professional hospitality environment. Through the Bixter Hospitality traineeship program, participants have the opportunity to work in hotels, restaurants, resorts, and catering businesses, learning how high-quality service and kitchen operations are managed under European standards.

During the traineeship, participants support daily routines in hospitality workplaces and assist with tasks such as food preparation, kitchen organization, cleaning procedures, dishwashing, hygiene routines, and maintaining safety standards. Depending on the placement, trainees may also contribute to buffet preparation, service support, ingredient handling, and coordination of kitchen workflows. Working in a fast-paced environment helps trainees develop discipline, structure, and the ability to perform under pressure — all essential skills in the hospitality industry.

Spain’s hospitality sector combines strong traditions with modern service expectations. Trainees gain exposure to Mediterranean cuisine, international guest culture, and professional hospitality standards, while learning directly from experienced chefs, kitchen staff, and service teams. The program strengthens practical skills, teamwork, time management, and communication — preparing trainees for long-term career opportunities in hospitality and food-related industries.

A key advantage of this traineeship is the chance to gain real international work experience while living in Spain, developing cultural awareness and professional confidence in a diverse environment.

Bixter.training supports trainees throughout the entire process — from application and placement to contract support, documentation guidance, and preparation for living and working in Spain.

Please review the program requirements carefully before applying.
