Sustainable Growth

This traineeship provides students and recent graduates the opportunity to gain practical experience in Spain’s modern food production and processing industry. Trainees assist with quality control procedures, laboratory testing, monitoring production lines, documenting results, supporting hygiene and food safety practices, and learning how industrial food technologies operate in real production settings.

Participants receive exposure to European food safety standards, advanced processing equipment, quality management systems, and innovative production methods widely used throughout Spain’s food industry. The program enhances professional competencies and supports future careers in food technology, quality assurance, and industrial food production.

Bixter.training will assist you throughout the entire process — from receiving your traineeship contract to visa support and preparation for your practical experience in Spain.

Food-processing companies and factories across Spain (sectors: dairy, meat processing, quality control, product safety, food laboratories, etc.)

Working hours

40 hours per week
Overtimes — paid

Accommodation

Provided, Approx. €350 / month

Allowance

Salary (net):

€1300 / month before taxes

Monthly salary:

approx. €2300 / month (before taxes)

Overtimes:

paid according to Spanish labour regulations

Requirements for applicants

Age 18–35 years old

Currently enrolled students or fresh graduates with Degree certificate (latest 1.5 years from graduation is allowed)

Major related to Food Technology / Food Processing

Driving license optional (advantage)

International Passport

Financial readiness
