Spain,
Your career in Europe

Spain is one of Europe’s top destinations for hospitality, known for its vibrant tourism industry, high service standards, and strong focus on guest experience. From luxury hotels to boutique resorts and restaurants, Spain offers a dynamic and international environment in the hospitality sector.

Sustainable Growth

This traineeship program offers international participants the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within Spain’s dynamic hospitality sector. Trainees support daily operations in hotels, restaurants, and catering environments, assisting with food preparation, kitchen organization, basic cooking tasks, dishwashing, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Depending on placement, participants may also help with buffet service, ingredients handling, and workflow coordination in professional kitchens.

The program provides valuable exposure to Mediterranean culinary traditions, modern hospitality practices, and Spain’s high service standards. Working alongside qualified chefs and hospitality staff helps trainees strengthen practical abilities, improve teamwork, and build a strong foundation for future careers in the food and hospitality industry.

Bixter.training will guide you throughout the entire process — from receiving your traineeship contract to visa assistance and preparation for your professional experience in Spain.
