Sustainable Growth
This seasonal program allows international participants to gain short-term practical experience in Germany’s agricultural sector for up to 90 days. Trainees support farms with harvesting, sorting, packing, field maintenance, and other routine tasks in a structured and safe environment. The program provides insight into European work standards, efficient workflow organization, and modern agricultural practices, helping participants build valuable skills for future opportunities in the agricultural field.
Bixter.training will assist you through the entire process — from receiving your employment documents to guiding you through the visa application and preparing you for your seasonal work experience in Germany.
