Traineeship programs in domestic helper

Germany offers strong opportunities for international trainees who want to gain meaningful work experience in the social and care sector. Through the Bixter Domestic Helper traineeship program, participants can develop practical skills while supporting elderly people and individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. This program provides valuable insight into care-related work environments and helps trainees build professional experience in one of Europe’s most important and growing sectors.

During the traineeship, participants assist with daily household routines and supportive tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, grocery shopping, organizing the living space, and helping with everyday structure and comfort. Depending on the placement, trainees may also provide companionship and support clients with simple daily activities, always working respectfully and under guidance.

This traineeship focuses on improving quality of life for people who need assistance, while giving trainees the opportunity to learn about German care standards, responsibility-based work routines, and professional communication. Candidates gain experience in empathy, patience, teamwork, and reliability — skills that are highly valued in healthcare, caregiving, and social support professions.

The program is ideal for candidates who want to work in a meaningful environment, develop strong interpersonal skills, and gain international experience in Germany’s well-organized social sector. Over time, trainees become a trusted part of the daily routine and contribute positively to the well-being of the people they support.

Bixter.training supports participants throughout the entire process — from application and placement to contract support, visa guidance, and preparation for living and working in Germany.

Please review program requirements carefully before applying.
