Requirements for applicants

Completed bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field — University must have H+ status on Anabin

Valid international passport

Age 21–45 years old

English level: at least B1 (verified by Bixter interview) For specific technical positions: German A2 is an advantage

Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (technician, electrician, mechanical specialist) — confirmed with recommendation letters

CV must include detailed responsibilities, tasks, tools, equipment, machines, and cable types the candidate has worked with

Financial readiness (covers personal expenses: travel, visa process, etc.) and strong work ethic, discipline, and reliability
