This program offers participants the opportunity to work in private households in Germany, supporting daily domestic routines such as cleaning, washing, ironing, basic food preparation, and maintaining order in the home. Trainees gain experience in European household standards, time management, organization skills, and structured work habits that can improve future employment opportunities in domestic services.

Bixter.training will accompany you through the full process — from receiving your employment documents to visa application assistance and preparation for your work experience in Germany.

Hourly rate:

~€15.50 / hour (before taxes)

Monthly allowance:

€2,300–€2,600 / month (before taxes; depends on overtime)

Requirements for applicants

Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s in Household Management, Consumer Science, etc

University must be listed as H+

International Passport

Age between 21–40 years old
Communicational English level:B1+ (verified by Bixter)

Driving license required

Financial readiness

Completed package of documents: 1. CV (Bixter format) + candidate’s photo (smiling) 2. Bachelor/Master’s degree 3. Educational transcript 4. Passport copy
