This programs allows participants to gain practical experience in Germany’s highly organized logistics and warehouse sector. Trainees assist with inventory handling, sorting, scanning, packaging, loading tasks, and maintaining order within warehouse facilities. The experience provides insight into European logistics operations, efficient workflow systems, safety protocols, and digital inventory tools, helping trainees develop strong skills for future employment in the logistics field.

Germany Logistics Program

Duration

Up to 12 months (with possibility of extension)

Place of traineeship

Logistics centers, warehouses, supply chain facilities across Germany

Working hours

40 hours/week paid overtime

Accommodation

Accommodation Provided (Shared room in apartment/house) Approx. €350–€500 / month (incl. utilities)

Allowance

Hourly rate:

~€16 / hour (before taxes)

Monthly allowance:

~€2,750/ month (before taxes; depends on hours and overtime)

Overtimes:

Paid according to German labor law

Requirements for applicants

Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s in: Logistics Management, Supply Chain, etc

University must be listed as H+

International Passport

Age between 21–40 years old

English level B1+ (verified by Bixter)

Driving license optional (advantage)

Financial readiness
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience with valid recommendation letters
Completed package of documents: CV (Bixter format) + candidate’s photo (smiling) Bachelor/Master’s degree Educational transcript Passport copy
