This traineeship is designed for culinary graduates and skilled cooks who wish to strengthen their professional experience in Germany. Participants assist with food preparation, cooking, menu execution, kitchen organization, and maintaining high-quality standards under the guidance of experienced chefs. The program offers exposure to European culinary techniques, modern equipment, and structured kitchen systems, helping trainees grow in an international gastronomic environment.

Requirements for applicants

Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s in:
Hospitality Management, Catering, Culinary Arts, or related
University must be H+ listed (Anabin)

Age 21–35
English level B1+ (verified by Bixter) Some positions may require B1 German

Minimum 3 months relevant work experience

Good work attitude and ethics
