Requirements for applicants
Age between 18–45 years old
Minimum 3 years of work experience in an authorized workshop (Mercedes, Kia, VW, Peugeot, Hyundai, Ford, Mazda, BMW, etc.)
At least B1 English level (confirmed during Bixter interview)
Driving license
Financial readiness (covers own travel & personal expenses)
Related educational background not required, but considered an advantage
Appropriate work attitude, responsibility, and ethics
