Bixter,
Your career in Europe

Denmark is internationally recognised for its high standards in hospitality, strong service culture, and innovative approach to guest experience. From boutique hotels to world-class restaurants, Denmark sets the benchmark for quality, sustainability, and design in the hospitality industry.

The Bixter Traineeship: Hospitality in Denmark is created for motivated students and graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in leading hospitality businesses, develop international service skills, and build a strong foundation for a global career in hospitality.

Sustainable Growth

The bakery sector in Denmark offers a unique opportunity for current students to gain practical experience in a modern, high-quality production environment. Danish bakeries are known for their strong traditions, innovative techniques, and focus on freshness, consistency, and craftsmanship. During the traineeship, participants work alongside skilled bakers and production teams, assisting with dough preparation, shaping, baking processes, packaging, and daily production routines.

Students gain insight into professional bakery workflows, temperature and fermentation control, recipe precision, and hygiene standards that meet strict Danish and European requirements. The program exposes trainees to both traditional Danish pastries and modern bakery products, helping them develop practical skills and confidence in a real production setting. This hands-on experience enhances students’ understanding of bakery operations while strengthening their future career opportunities in the international food and hospitality sector.

Bixter.training will support you throughout the entire process — from receiving your traineeship contract to handling visa application steps and preparing you for your bakery traineeship experience in Denmark.

Review program requirements carefully before applying.
