Trainees work alongside Danish bakery specialists, participating in daily tasks such as dough preparation, shaping, baking, finishing, and maintaining consistent product quality. The program provides exposure to both traditional Danish pastries and modern bakery products, while also introducing trainees to strict hygiene standards, precise recipe execution, and efficient workflow systems used across Danish bakeries. Allowance

Hourly rate:

Hourly rate approximately 215 DKK (28 eur per hour before taxes)

Monthly allowance:

Salary from 34,583 per month before taxes

Overtimes:

Paid, included in traineeship contract
