Sweden,
Your career in Europe

Sweden is recognised for its advanced horticultural practices, sustainable growing methods, and high quality standards in plant production. With a strong focus on innovation, environmental responsibility, and efficiency, Sweden provides an excellent setting for professional development in horticulture.

Sustainable Growth

This program offers international participants the opportunity to gain practical experience in Sweden’s modern horticultural sector. Trainees support daily operations on farms, working with planting, harvesting, sorting, packing, greenhouse maintenance, and caring for vegetables, berries, flowers, or nursery plants depending on the placement.

Participants are introduced to Sweden’s high standards of sustainable production, environmentally friendly farming methods, and organized workflow systems. Learning directly from experienced growers helps trainees develop strong practical skills, improve efficiency, and gain valuable insight into Scandinavian horticulture.

Bixter.training will guide you throughout the entire process — from receiving your traineeship contract to visa support and preparation for your professional experience in Sweden.

Review program requirements carefully before applying.
