This traineeship program offers international participants the opportunity to gain practical experience in Romania’s developing livestock sector. Trainees assist with essential farm tasks such as feeding animals, maintaining barn hygiene, monitoring animal health, and supporting daily routines on dairy, cattle, sheep, or mixed livestock farms. The work environment provides hands-on exposure to traditional and modern farming methods used across Romanian agriculture. Participants gain insight into responsible production practices, animal welfare principles, and efficient workflow organization that prepares them for future roles in the livestock field. Working alongside experienced farmers helps trainees strengthen practical skills, improve discipline, and build a foundation for professional growth in agriculture.
Bixter.training will guide you through the entire process — from receiving your traineeship contract to visa assistance and preparation for your practical experience in Romania.
